What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 7 days, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds for payments made via scanner will take up to 60 days to process. Please contact us for specific terms based on your booking.

Yes, we do! Our honeymoon décor package costs ₹2,500 and includes a beautifully decorated bed with fresh flower petals, balloons elegantly placed on the floor, a “Happy Anniversary” sign (if applicable), and two glasses of wine or a refreshing mocktail to create the perfect romantic ambiance. Customization options are available upon request.

You can book a sightseeing tour in an AC coach for ₹500 per person per day. The tour covers North Goa on one day and South Goa on another day, allowing you to explore the best attractions comfortably. To book, please inform us in advance.

Other is FREE BREAKFAST...Even we didnt enjoyed the breakfast, there was very limited items maybe hardly 3 4 items from which was choosed to eat only 2 items..Not that worth which was are paying for this hotel
3rd Loop points is: This is far from beach. So dont rely on website descriptions. They write near by beach just to attract the customers.. Or else this hotel is not in the area of beach, this is into some silent lane situated. So always needed vehicle to step out anywhere..

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction regarding our stay at Hotel Rivasa Emerald, where we checked in on the 23rd of November. Regrettably, our experience thus far has been utterly disappointing due to a series of significant shortcomings that have severely impacted our vacation.
Firstly, the hotel lacks even the most basic amenities, such as shower gel and shampoo. The towels provided are unhygienic and emit an unpleasant odor, which is unacceptable. Moreover, there is no provision for 24-hour hot water—a fundamental requirement for any reputable establishment.
Additionally, there is no proper dustbin available, a crucial necessity, particularly for women during menstruation. The drinking water provided is of substandard quality, sourced from local, unbranded suppliers.
The breakfast service, which was included in our package, is subpar, with the excuse that there is insufficient stock of essential items such as fruits. This reflects poor management and a lack of preparation.
Furthermore, the staff has been uncooperative and unresponsive to our concerns, which we raised immediately upon arrival. Despite bringing these issues to their attention, no resolution has been provided, and we are left feeling neglected and frustrated.
We are currently in discussions with MakeMyTrip to arrange for a change of accommodation, as we have paid in advance and feel that our time is being wasted dealing with unprofessional staff. This experience has tarnished what was supposed to be an enjoyable vacation, despite the considerable amount we paid for our stay.
